This apartment is in the safest neighborhood of District 1, conveniently located along Pasteur Street. Everything is close by and walking distance: Independence Palace, Museum of War, Nguyen Hue Street, Ben Thanh Market, Dong Khoi Street, etc.

The apartment is on a high floor of a mix-used commercial and residential building, as such it is very safe and well maintained. Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of Sailing Tower, plus:
- Other services available upon request: airport transfer, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, food deliver, bike rental, luggage storage
- Early Check In and Late Check Out upon availability and with additional fee
- For late night and early morning arrival guests, please let us know if you request a grocery service, we will stock the fridge for you
- 24/7 security on the ground floor
- Secured building with surveillance cameras in the lobby and hallway, heat detectors, hard-wired smoke alarms and a computer controlled access system
- Amenities access can be restricted based on last minute building maintenance / repairs or condominium policy changes
The 180 sqm apartment plus balcony is spacious and perfect for friends, couples, families and business guests. There are four bedrooms, of which one has en-suite bathroom, a home gym and wellness room, a large living room and dining space overlooking the city of Saigon.
