Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole’s based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole’s Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Club.
Relax, sit back and enjoy the slow pace of Palmetto Bluff in this 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom cottage. It is one of the newest Wilson Cottages and the most private. A lake in the back and a forest on one side makes it uniquely serene. It is located just steps from Wilson Lawn and Racquet with beautiful clay tennis courts, bocce ball, a basketball court. There is also a 3 story treehouse with a playground nearby as well as RT’s Market which is a small gourmet grocery store and gas station.
The kitchen and living room offer a bright and spacious open floor plan for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances you need. The built in gas fireplace allows for some extra comfort on chilly winter nights. The laundry room is complete with a large capacity Samsung washer and dryer. The back doors lead to a screened in porch with a beautiful view of the pond and peaceful wooded area. Just outside of the large screened in porch there is a full size stainless grill.
All 4 bedrooms are appointed with KING beds. There are two primary suites on the main floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One of the primary suites boasts a separate soaking tub in addition to a standing shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a flex room in addition to the bedrooms upstairs which has two trundle beds (sleeps 4). This is a great room for the kids to enjoy while they stay.
The pet-friendly house has Sonos sound bars and surround sound inside the home and on the screened in porch to relax and listen to your favorite music while sitting with friends or family in the rocking chairs or dining out back.
This stunning cottage offers access to golf at May River and the new Crossroads 9-hole course. With its prime location nearby to Wilson Village, there is so much see and explore within just a few blocks including: ice cream shop - MELT; Buffalo s Restaurant; s around the fire pit at the River House every night; cocktails at the hidden speakeasy - Hush, The Paris Market for decor and gifts; plus RT’s Market for groceries, pastries, sandwiches, wine, beer and more. The iconic chapel on the May River is a short stroll away where you can take in the beautiful May River and scenic marsh views. There s so much to do all within a short walk including a fun treehouse and playground for the children. All this and more, under the live oaks and pines of this 20,000 acre riverfront resort. Less than 40 minutes from downtown Savannah, Georgia, and 30 minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head, South Carolina.
