Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No shoes. Please leave them in the basket by the front door. Georgian houses are notoriously poor at sound insulation. Our lovely downstairs neighbour suffers if people wear shoes inside, as does the floor.
- Make sure the front door of the house shuts after you. It is set to close gently so as not to disturb you, so please help protect the security of the other residents.
- Switch off all lights and electrical devices when you leave the flat.
- No fires or BBQs on the balcony.
- Do not move any devices you find in the sleep sanctuary cupboard - one of them is a smoke and heat alarm, and it sets off the alarm for the full building if you move it! And we have to pay a call out charge for the fire alarm to be reset.
- If you need to move any furniture, please pick it up and don't drag it because it marks the floor. And please return it to its original location before you leave.
