BATHROOMS There are 4 ensuite bathrooms, and 1 powder room. Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests’ convenience.  LIVING ROOM This lavish living room serves as the perfect venue for hosting gatherings, boasting a picturesque view of both the pool and the sprawling lawn. It accommodates up to 8 people with plush sofas and comfortable chairs arranged in stylish sofa-style seating. It comes equipped with amenities such as a tower AC, Wi-Fi, and a CCTV camera for security purposes. DINING AREA Savour delightful home-cooked meals at the ground floor dining area which is a part of the living room. This space can accommodate up to 8 people and is equipped with an AC. KITCHEN Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes. It offers all cooking necessities, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. POOL One of the property’s highlights is the pool accompanied by an adjacent turf area that serves as the deck. The pool is 25x15 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. LAWN Spanning across an expansive area of 5000 sq.ft. , this verdant area sits right at the property’s entrance, welcoming all. One can indulge in a light stroll here or some fun outdoor activities in the gazebo. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - A barbeque kit can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire can be arranged for an extra charge of Rs. 1000 per session. - Guests can also access the fireplace at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. NEIGHBOURHOOD Chandigarh, a planned and well-designed scenic city, is the common capital of the states of Punjab and Haryana. It is most popularly known for its excellent infrastructure, French-style architecture, picturesque routes, and of course some of the most famous ancient Buddhist stupas. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS - All male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property.  - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - The property is located in a secluded area, offering privacy. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 8 AM to 11 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
