The Neighborhood

Callala Bay is fringed by powder white sand and tranquil blue water, an ocean lover’s delight. Tucked into the northern end of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, this relaxed coastal village offers calm swimming, snorkelling, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, as well as bushwalking and dolphin parades. There is also access to food and cafés and you are just a short drive to many other popular attractions on the South Coast. We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
