Smoky Retreat is a beautiful 1 level cabin with a loft that is tucked into the woods, for the feeling of seclusion and privacy without being completely lost in the mountains. The orientation of this little gem provides you with relaxing wooded views to behold, while enjoying your escape to the Great Smoky Mountains. Once you enter Smoky Retreat, the cabin invites you into a tastefully decorated home away from home that will take your breath away and make you feel comfy cozy. Curl up on the couch and watch a little TV while staying warm by the fireplace. When hunger strikes, the kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a scrumptious meal....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
