Wow - that’s the only way to describe the feeling as you walk into this contemporary rustic home whose construction was just completed in 2024. While the high-end furnishing and a modern rustic décor are magazine worthy, it’s the view that steals the show! Cannon Mountain and Mt. Moosilauke standing majestically right in front of you, whether you admire them from the massive windows or the gorgeous decks.
The home is located just up the road from the beautiful Franconia Inn, which offers a plethora of activities including horseback riding, mountain biking and trails. In season, across from the inn, you can even enjoy a glider ride to soak in the spectacular views! In the winter, the inn offers ice skating, tubing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing (NOTE - we are not affiliated to the inn and cannot guarantee availability of any specific activity!). Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
