While away the day lounging by the pool and heated spa, fire up the bbq midday for a lunch enjoyed in the shade of the alfresco dining area, and when evening falls strike up a bit of friendly competition in the games room with billiards table. When a change of scenery is in order, the beautiful bayside beach, walking paths and bike tracks are only a 400 metre walk!
Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
