We’d love to host you at my 6 bedrooms Villa in the Stunning Solterra Resort! The place is located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s attraction destinations. We will make sure you enjoy the house as much as we do, from our private pool to "The Grand Clubhouse".
NOTE: Please only reserve if you are travelling for vacation, visiting family, or a mature adult. Not ideal for young groups looking to party.

We’ve done our best to make our Villa a comfortable and also fun place to stay during your vacation in Orlando. Our home is in excellent location close to Disneyworld, ESPN World Wide of Sports, Premier Outlet Mall, Universal Studios, Sea World, and everything else Orlando has to offer.

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. The primary person will need to provide: • Their reservation information which shows: • The rental property address. • Check in and check out date. • Number of guests. • Identification that matches the reservation name. • License plate information for the primary vehicle. The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Quiet hours after 10.00 pm (no loud noises, please! we monitor noise levels as per building requirements
- Only 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult
- No parties or events
- Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in)
- A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home.
- Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather in very low temperatures. Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently.
