The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate, where you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 15 x 8m and a depth between 1.25m and 1.50m perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Please note that privacy is partial.
The interior is distributed over two floors and is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. You enter through the upper terrace and on this floor you will find the kitchen and the living-dining room. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, the living-dining room is equipped with AC and Smart TV and there is also a toilet. The lower floor is accessed by stairs and you will find the bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
