In the exterior of this beautiful property you will find an incredible private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 9m x 4m and a depth range from 1.2m to 2.10m and it will be ideal to cool off on hot summer days after sunbathing on the sun loungers available. The extensive garden will be a favourite place for the little ones to run and play to their heart’s content, and in the outdoor dining area they can all gather together to enjoy the wonderful barbecue that is in the house, and with which they can prepare their favourite dishes. The property is also fenced, so privacy is total.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
