The villa has been built on an elevated hillside amidst a beautiful natural landscape, and multi-level terraces integrate it perfectly into the Mediterranean hillside landscape.
With five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, Villa Orasac is an ideal retreat for a group of ten people. Upon entering the main doors on the first floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms with air conditioning, lavish bathrooms, and luxurious linens. The rooms provide a stunning view of the sea or the green landscape.
An indoor staircase leads to the lower level, where you’ll discover three more en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a twin bedroom, all with sea views. On this floor, you’ll also find a central living area with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a dining area, as well as a bathroom for guests. The living room leads to a spacious terrace with a lounge and dining area, perfect for alfresco dining.
One of the villa’s most remarkable features is its infinity swimming pool. You’ll feel your worries melt away as you float in the water, gazing out at the panoramic view of the surroundings. The pool is surrounded by a sun deck terrace with sunbeds, an outdoor sofa, and a chill-out area, making it an excellent spot for an early morning coffee or drinks in the evening sun.
For fitness enthusiasts, the villa offers an in-home gym. If you desire to escape into a private retreat with a loved one, Villa Orasac is the perfect choice for you. For larger groups, Villa Orasac can be rented with Villa Alba, offering spacious accommodation for up to 20 persons.
