**Please note: Parking passes are only valid for 30 days. Longer stays require additional registration and payment. *Please note: Summer House is undergoing restoration work as of September 2023. Please see anticipated schedule below: • Building B -Major work is complete on this building. Minor punch list work may be evident. Please anticipate noise and dust from neighboring building. • Building A - will begin in mid-August of 2024, and is anticipated to be completed by June 2025. Outdoor pool will be closed. Indoor pool will be open! • Storage of materials is affecting parking for BOTH buildings. Guests are recommended to limit themselves to one vehicle if at all possible. Please adhere to signage posted up by contractors. Its a shared property so any affected amenities listed affect both buildings. Construction noise on site is expected. All work is weather and schedule permitting. Please contact us for any possible property updates.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
