It is located in a privileged location for its tranquillity, views and sunshine. It has a surface area of 90 m2 distributed over two floors. The first level, of 60 mts2, consists of a living room, a dining room with kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm for 2 people. On this level we have a bathroom with bathtub that serves the bedroom and the day area. On the first floor, of 20 mts2, we find a magnificent en-suite bedroom with four 90 cm single beds and a bathroom with bathtub.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
