Adriana is a magnificent brand-new apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in Pleta de Tanau Cota 1700 of Baqueira Beret. It is in a privileged location for tranquility, its views and the sun.
It is a house with an area of about 75 m2 distributed on one floor. It has a cozy living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with quality materials and appliances. The dining table has a capacity for 6 people. From here we access a double bedroom with bathroom with shower en suite and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, served by a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has a lot of charm reminding us of the mountain environment in which we are.
The apartment includes a parking space in the same building. Access to tracks is made from the Esquirós chairlift a few meters from the building.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
