You can explore miles of scenic trail hikes and admire waterfalls, vibrant fall foliage, or snow. In the winter, Bear Mountain State Park offers skiing and snowboarding opportunities for those seeking winter adventures. If you’re in the mood for some shopping, Monroe has multiple options. The area has numerous boutiques, antique shops, and local markets to peruse for treasures and souvenirs. There’s also the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets just a short drive away, with an extensive selection of discounted designer brands. Monroe also has plenty of kid-friendly attractions. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests have access to free private parking in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
- Our heated in-ground pool is available around May until the beginning of September
- There is a fee to use the pool heater: $75/day
- While the barbecue grill is available for your use, please note that we do not provide propane for the grill. If you plan on having a barbecue during your stay, kindly bring your own propane canister to fuel the grill. This will help you enjoy your outdoor cooking without any interruptions.
- I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
- • Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300
- • Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
- • The fee for bringing an unauthorized pet is $500. I appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
- • Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
- Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and security deposit charge.
