The Neighborhood
Koukaki is certainly one of the most interesting neighbourhoods of Athens. Aside the minor fact that was nominated as the 6th most interesting neighbourhood in the world by Airbnb, Koukaki has still the interesting mix of locality, culture (Acropolis museum & National museum of contemporary Art), but after 2012 (and fortunately or unfortunately) & the alternation of its traditional middle class residential area, a lot of high quality branch places, gourmet restaurants or sea food choices combined with the traditional taverns and Meze places which were always there and gave a multifarious and colourful vibe. Philopapou hill and Koukaki’s proximity to Parthenon adds to the charm of this area.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
