Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Tax 1.15:
- 1.15 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 18 years old).
- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Air-conditioning: 0.3 EUR per kW.
- Electricity: 0.3 EUR per kW.
- Heating: 0.3 EUR per kW.
- - Optional services:
- Beach Towels : 10 EUR per person.
- Welcome pack cash on arrival: 30 EUR per booking.
- Heated Pool: 0.3 EUR per kW. Applicable seasons: from 05-01 to 10-31.
- Pet: 7.15 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Towels: 1.95 EUR per person per day.
- - The heated swimming pool is available from 05-04 to 10-29.
- - Check-in schedule: Sat, from 16:00 to 17:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00.
- - Check-out time: 10:00.
- - Pets rules:
- Max. 2 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
