The Neighborhood

Located just east of Downtown Colorado Springs in a unique neighborhood combining convenient urban access with suburban comfort, this area is perfect for visitors and guests to the Pikes Peak Region. Located directly across the street from Memorial Park—the city's largest urban park featuring Prospect Lake which offers boating, kayaking and swimming in the summer. An ice rink, skate park and plenty of green open spaces lie adjacent to the internationally recognized Fallen Firefighter Memorial honoring the men and women who've given their lives in the service of fire rescue. There are neighborhood cafes here (Switchback Coffee Roasters is just up the street), restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and museums close and in abundance. The United States Olympic Training Center is also just up the road from this home. And to top everything off, the most well-known attractions for visitors and guests are just a short-drive away: Garden of the Gods, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Broadmoor, Manitou Springs are all 10-15 minutes away. The Airport, US Air Force Academy & Pikes Peak are all about 20 minutes away. Urban ease along with access to so much Colorado Springs goodness—this location truly is exceptional.

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
