Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • a security deposit (1500€) via the secure Swikly or Locshake platform will be requested before checking in (access to the apartment will only be given when the deposit is secured). This deposit is not charged onto your bank account. If the guest refuses to pay the security deposit, Cancellation of the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
  • Parties are strictly prohibited, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. In case of any complaint from neighbors, Minut or the police, the deposit will be fully retained and we might ask you to leave the place without reimbursement.
  • Any broken object must be replaced, in the event of non-reporting, the price of the replacement and an additional €30 will be deducted from your security deposit (invoices accordingly).
  • In case of loss of the keys, the price of the copy of the key, the opening of the door if necessary and an additional €30 will be deducted from your security deposit (invoices accordingly).
  • Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden, any obstacle to this regulation will result in a deduction on the security deposit of €68 (regulatory amount).
  • For your information and safety, the common areas of the building are under video protection
