Fully equipped kitchen, if you’d rather eat a meal or two in. Laundry. Free, secure parking in the deep, private attached garage- it fits 2 smallish cars.

ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Main Floor- Living room (with TV) dining area, open full kitchen, half bathroom.
Upstairs: The primary bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom, large closet, and TV. The guest room has a Queen Bed and full bathroom attached.
Laundry on 2nd floor.

If you walk south on Boardman Ave, you hit 8th Street and a newly developed area of town called NOBO (North of Boardman Lake) Breweries, shops, TC Public Library, bike shops with rentals are this way, too.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
