The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully updated kitchen and wrap-around outdoor patio with grill make this a perfect place for a vacation with family and friends - including your pup!
Nicely landscaped yard, and a short walk to Bass Lake with excellent fishing.

Across the street is the Village Market, which has everything you could possibly need for groceries and incidentals. Nearby is Elk Lake, Torch Lake, and the East Arm of Lake Michigan's Grand Traverse Bay. Also close by are beautiful sandy beaches - it's truly a water lover's paradise. The town of Elk Rapids is quaint but mighty with great restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. Golf Courses, Ski Resorts, Wineries, Breweries and Distilleries are also nearby, and the bustling Jewel of the North, Traverse City, is only 17 miles south, along the bay... just a 30 minute drive.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
