The driveway alone at Balears Villa 1047 gives you an idea of the inviting and spacious villa that awaits you. 25 metres in length, the infinity pool extends from the villa into the beautiful garden, with quite simply unbelievable views of the landscape right down to the sea, featuring palm and olive trees, lavender bushes and cypresses. Entry to the graded pool is either via the steps right by the house, or a ladder on one side. On the large series of terraces surrounding the pool, you'll find a number of sun-loungers, parasols offering shade and cozy seating areas as well as a large table for gatherings and relaxing together. A further terrace with pretty vines lining its straw roof is home to a spacious outdoor lounge area with a round dining table and a chill out zone, this is perfect for sitting back whilst...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
