Cute! Cute! Cute! Easy walking distance to the St. Simons Pier and Village area. New home in established neighborhood off of Kings Way with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Comfortable, quiet and cute!
Everything in this house is new! As you enter this charming cottage, you’ll run across an informal sitting area that leads to a larger, open den and dining room. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably. Plenty of windows allow for light to shine in the den in this live oak-shaded neighborhood. The master bedroom has a king bed, television, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Upstairs, one guest room has a king bed; the other - a set of full-sized beds.
Come visit St. Simons Island this year. Magnolia Getaway in the heart of the south end will be perfect for you!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
- Any group gatherings and events at this property can not exceed 8 guests.
- One (1) pup is allowed in this unit for an additional $100 non-refundable fee. (No cats.)
- Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway
- 1.5 miles to Public Beach Access, easy walk to Pier, Village and Lighthouse.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- There are 3 TVs in this property.
- Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
