**The Wendover Dunes beach boardwalk will be closed for renovations from December 15, 2025 through April 15, 2026 (dates subject to change). During this period, public beach access next to the Omni Resort will remain open for guest use.**

8133 Wendover Dunes is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located within Palmetto Dunes in an attractive villa complex within a short 5-minute walk to the beach. This newly remodeled villa has an open floor plan and is tastefully furnished with a decorator’s touch.
Enter the villa into the foyer and you will find the new luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout that is a welcome enhancement. To the right is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. To the left is the bright, open kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a round glass table that seats four. The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings including two beige sofas (one is a queen sleeper), two brown leather rockers, and a 55” SMART TV with DVD player in a very nice entertainment center. Access to the large, wraparound, screened porch with ceiling fans is a great place for relaxing with the landscaped views. There is a round table for four, two rocking chairs, a chair with ottoman, and a patio sofa.
Behind the living room is the first of two master suites featuring a king size bed, tray ceiling, rich gold walls, 42” SMART TV in the armoire, walk-in closet, and private access to the screened-in porch. The private master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub.
Off the foyer and down the hall is where the other two bedrooms are located. First is the guest bedroom with yellow walls, a king bed, chair, walk-in closet, and a 32” cable TV with DVD player in the armoire. There is a bathroom attached that also has access from the hallway. It has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the second master which is a large, spacious room featuring gray walls, a tray ceiling, king bed, bench seat, armchair with ottoman, and a 32” SMART TV in the armoire. The master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a jetted tub.
The complex amenities include a pool with spa, a kiddie pool, a gazebo, and grilling area for guest use. Wendover Dunes also has its own beach access point making the walk to the ocean a short, pleasurable, and convenient one.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
