The fourth bedroom includes an office space with a convenient twin daybed with a trundle, adding flexibility to your sleeping arrangements. Designed to make you feel right at home, whether you’re here for a family retreat or a getaway with friends, this home is the perfect spot for you. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 8 - Max Occupancy: 8 - The fourth bedroom includes an office space - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide their own linens - Internet Speed: 1 gig - 3 night minimum throughout the year and a 4 night minimum is required for all holidays - Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet residential area. Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Because of allergy restrictions, cats are not allowed. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, and trip insurance. ​​​​​ Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
