OUTDOOR LIVING: Fully-fenced backyard with a Weber natural gas grill, Adirondack chairs and a private hot tub! There is also a quaint second-floor balcony and a covered front porch.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms on each level. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Driveway parking is available for 3-4 compact vehicles. Street parking is regulated during weekdays with a 2-hour time limit per day. Weekends, free parking on streets.
LOCATION: Our home is a scenic 10 minute walk from City Park, Old Town and CSU… 15 minute walk from the Poudre River Trail and only two blocks from the Lincoln Center.

NOTE: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if hot tub is used.
NOTE: Central AC is only on the upper level of the home. We have provided additional AC units for the lower level.
NOTE: There is a one bedroom carriage house behind the home that is occupied by a long term tenant. You will have private use of the entire backyard.
