The welcoming foyer of this unit opens up to a spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas which lead out to a covered balcony with views of the marsh and the Windward Point gated pool. A split bedroom floor plan allows for privacy and the master bedroom offers spectacular marsh views.

You will also enjoy gorgeous sunrises and marvelous eastern marsh views while looking out toward Sea Island. It is very private and quiet. There are nine foot ceilings as well as carpet and tile floors throughout. Windward Point places you just steps away from The Public House Restaurant and a beautiful 18 hole marsh view golf course.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
