This lower-level remodeled bungalow has new furniture, appliances, fixtures and flooring. Plus, there are plush king-sized beds in each of the rooms!

NOTE: This property is located on a fairly busy street right across the street from campus which means you may hear a bit of action on the street or experience the train which runs through the center of town. The train runs through the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today.
