Seemingly perched above the sea on a pretty cliffside, this oceanfront Sorrento villa for luxury rentals cascades over three levels down to a patio garden with pool. A convenient elevator connects all floors with one bedroom and a living room on the top floor, three bedrooms found on the mid-level while a kitchen and more living areas are on the lowest level along with the pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- This villa is in a stunning location in the coastal village of Massa Lubrense on the Sorrentine Peninsula about 1km from the town center and about 4km from Sorrento. Massa Lubrense offers visitors a selection of shops, bars and restaurants overlooking the sea. A short walk, via a small pedestrian road, connects the villa to Marina della Lobra where you can find ferry services to Capri and the Amalfi Coast or simply enjoy an aperitif or dinner at one of the bars or restaurants.

- We recommend use of airport transfers and taxis as opposed to self-drive.
- There is an extra charge for pool heating and must be requested in advance.
- This property requires a security deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival
- A mandatory nominal touristic tax per person per night is applicable on all reservations and paid either at check-in or check-out (please inquire for specific information)
