The townhouse development of Mariner's Landing is conveniently located with easy access to the beaches of St. Simons Island, the pier and village area, Redfern Village and golfing venues. This location is an easy on and off the island location loved by FLETC agents. The townhouses are recent construction with many high-end finishes and high ceilings. You will enjoy the community pool! Bring your boat! The St. Simons Public Marina is a short walk from the complex and you can enjoy the green space at Gascoigne Bluff. You are walking distance to the Frederica River, fishing dock, Frisbee golf and fitness trail. You gotta love it. 175 yards to St. Simons Marina, 200 yards to Gascoigne Park, 350 yards to Epworth By The Sea, 1.3 Miles to Redfern Village, 2.5 Miles to the Village/Lighthouse, 2.9 Miles to the Coast Guard Station at East Beach.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- • Small and/or Medium Dogs allowed with the addition of a $150 pet fee PER DOG. Limit 2.
- • Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Garage is not available
- • Approximately 2.5 miles to the Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, about 2.5 miles to the Pier & Village areas
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:

- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
- • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
