Come and enjoy complete seclusion in our lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the established St. Clair neighborhood on Saint Simons Island. You’ll see when you arrive why we call it "Privacy Please". Once you start down the private driveway, you will feel like you are in a world of your own. You have complete privacy from the street and neighbors.

As you enter this beautiful home, you are immediately welcomed to a super-comfortable and nicely furnished open living room. The tv in the living room is a Smart TV. The flow of the living area extends to the dining room and kitchen space! Plenty of seating at the dining table for a family gathering. For quick bites or breakfast, there are a couple of bar stools for convenience. Just off the well-stocked kitchen, you will find a sweet cocktail bar area. You will enjoy taking the cocktails out on the large screened porch complete with a large table and plenty of chairs.

The Neighborhood

Privacy Please is located in the established St. Clair neighborhood on Saint Simons Island. This mid-island location makes it convenient to everything the island has to offer. Not to mention you can play the Sea Palms golf course, just minutes from your location, or bicycle around the quiet peaceful streets of the Sea Palms community. Four miles to the south you will find yourself at the beach, in the pier/village area, or the Morningstar Marina. A few miles to the north you can play the King and Prince's Hampton Point golf course or be at the Hampton Point Marina. You will be minutes from Harris Teeter's grocery, Bennie's Red Barn, La Plancha, Brogen's North, Sal's Pizzaria, Delaney's Bistro, Cafe Frederica, Halyards, Tramici's, and Certified Burger. There is Island Cinema's and many other shops in the vicinity as well.

Things To Know


Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • CHECK IN: 4:00 pm
  • CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
  • • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
  • • Dogs are considered with the addition of a $250 pet fee per pup. Limit 3 pups.
  • • Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway
  • Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 3 TVs.
  • • 8 Beach/Pool Towels
  • • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
  • Bedding Includes:
  • 2 – King

  • Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!
