Mallorca Villa 1001 is a beautifully situated property within a site of over 1 hectare between Santanyí and Cala Figuera.From the house, you have a fantastic view over the sea to the island of Caprera, Cala Figuera, the Mondragó nature reserve and all the way to the mountains around the monastery of Sant Salvador.
The Finca is about 900 metres from the sea. Completely renovated in 2018, the two-storey Finca has a total of four bedrooms. There are several separate terraces, which are partly covered, and the highlight is the large rooftop terrace.
The 10m x 5m swimming pool is also surrounded by a terrace.From the Finca, you can reach the beautiful coves and beaches of the southeast coast in a few minutes by bike, Santanyí and Cala Figuera can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
