Live the experience of staying in a PREMIUM apartment, with parking space available (only small cars).
The apartment is equipped with a digital lock for autonomous entry into the apartment.

The apartment comes with bedding, towels and also a welcome package that includes:
- 2 toilet rolls per bathroom
- 2 shampoos per shower
- 2 body soaps per bathroom
- garbage bags in all bins
- liquid detergent for dishes
- sponge for dishes
- microfiber kitchen towel
Guests will need to buy more once they have finished with the welcome package.
If you need a cleaning service during your stay it has an additional cost.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- PLEASE FIND MY HOUSE RULES BELOW:
- - NO EARLY CHECK IN, if arriving in the morning, we recommend to book the night before your arrival.
- - NO LATE CHECK OUT, if your flight is at night, we recommend to book an extra night.
- - Guests must do their dishes before check out.
- - The account owner has to be the one staying, please don't make reservations on behalf of someone else.
- - It is forbidden to bring an outside cleaning service. We can provide Cleaning service during your reservation for an extra cost.
- - Please fill the Pre-Arrival form you will get in my first Communications Email with your information as well your Passport Photo.
- - If the listing provides common amenities like Gym or rooftop pool, this will be need to be booked 24h prior the day of use.
- - Visits are not allowed unless is approved first by the Host.
