The apartment is located on a quiet peaceful mews just around the corner from Westbourne Grove and a 5 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate. The area is one of London's most popular areas for adventurous days out and it is bustling with great restaurants and pubs, famous brunch spots and a wide range of independent quirky shops. Food & Drink: Granger & Co is known for delicious brunch. Farm Girl Cafe has smoothies and sandwiches, and they are very health conscious. Attractions: Portobello Market is a large street market with vendors selling everything you can think of. Electric Cinema is one of the oldest working film theatres in London Kensington Palace and Hyde Park are a 15 minute walk away.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
