Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Please read the listing carefully to confirm all house rules.
  • All pet fees must be paid to receive the code at $75 per dog
  • No smoking inside $3500 plus damages
  • No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at any time this is separate and apart from any fines issued by the city for going over occupancy, music heard at the property line, noise after 10pm and the other laws outlined in the Good Neighbor policy
  • No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking inside
  • There are no outdoor fires, lighter fluid, coal burning devices, or anything that has its own separate burning device allowed at any time due to fire hazards.
