<p>KI Residences in Mauritius is located on the outskirts of Grand Baie, a well-known seaside resort, only 300 meters from the lovely Pereybere beach. It has a calm and peaceful setting.</p>
<p>This apartment can accommodate up to four guests and has two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything needed for a self-catering stay as well as a large living space and balcony that looks onto the communal pool. The following amenities are included in the accommodation: a garden, outdoor furniture, a terrace, a safe, internet, air conditioning, a shared swimming pool, on-site parking, and a single television. Additionally, two cleaning sessions are included per week.</p>
<p>For excursions to the islands off the North Coast and for large game fishing, the beaches of Pereybere and Grand Baie make the ideal starting points....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
