Villa Miramare is a beautiful new property on the Versilia hills, far 15 minutes by car from the beaches..
It is surrounded by a big garden with a wonderful view, a swimming pool with area relax, porch for dining al fresco, gazebo and bbq.
The villa is on two levels. At the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room area, two bedrooms with four single beds, a bathroom with shower. At the top floor, there is a living room with sofas, a fireplace and one sofa bed that sleeps 2 guests, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. Private parking spaces available inside the property.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
