The Home
Villa Jasmine is a beautiful villa in typical Tuscan style, on the first hill with a splendid sea view, a few minutes walk from the village of Bargecchia and about 12 km from Viareggio and the coast. It is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with relaxation area and barbecue, air conditioning, wi fi and private parking.
The villa is on two levels:
Ground floor (accessible via the internal staircase or from the garden): a large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and TV and a nice dining area. From the French window you can access both the garden and the covered veranda, where there is a table for outdoor dining with a spectacular sea view. From the living room there is access to the two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds that can be coupled, to the two bathrooms both with shower.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
