This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World. The home is comfortably furnished to ensure comfort for all travelers young and old. Relax with a refreshing dip in the pool and spa and enjoy everything this unique home, upscale community amenities and Central Florida has to offer. Your vacation will be one that your family or group will talk about for years to come! Layout Bedroom1: One King Bed with Bathroom - 1st Floor Master Suite One King Bed with Bathroom - 2nd Floor Bedroom 3: Minions Room - Full bed and Twin bed with Shared bathroom - 2nd Floor Bedroom 4:Toy Story Room - Full bed and Twin bed with Shared bathroom - 2nd Floor Bedroom 5: One Queen Bed - 2nd Floor Bedroom 6: One King Bed with Bathroom - 2nd Floor Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
