Access to the property is from the road that connects the entire Amalfi Coast, via a large gate that leads to the parking lot. After a few steps you reach the Mediterranean garden that surrounds the villa. Due to the natural inclination, the rooms of the villa are divided onto three levels. Climbing a few steps leads to the Mediterranean garden that surrounds the villa. Due to the natural inclination, the rooms of the villa are divided onto three levels. The upper level consists of a kitchen and outdoor dining area. The opposite side juts out into the sea like the bow of a ship, with a beautiful view of the Praiano promontory. From the entrance with a small living area and a fireplace, stairs lead to the middle level (on a beautiful ceramic floor). Here you will have a splendid view of the coast from all rooms. At sea level there are seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/air conditioning. The villa is elegantly furnished, partly with beautiful antiques. The rental price includes cleaning service six days a week / four hours a day and also the change of linen and towels twice a week. The custodian couple lives in an individual and separate section of the property. Praiano, the nearby town with restaurants and supermarkets, is only 3 km away. Some nearby restaurants also offer excellent local cuisine. Water sports activities can be found within close distance.
