It is composed of a large living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious and functional kitchen. The house consists of a large and bright living room with three large windows, armchairs and a comfortable sofa, TV and large dining table. Splendid hand-woven carpets make the environment even more refined. A corridor leads to the other rooms of this spacious house for rent in Rome. We find a first bathroom with shower and then a bedroom with a single bed and access to the apartment’s balcony. In the final part of the corridor there are two other large bedrooms: one with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed and a private bathroom with shower; the second with a double bed and a magnificent private bathroom...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
- 3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
- 4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
- 4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
- 5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
- 6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
- 7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
- 8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20
- 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day
