This elegant apartment, 50 meters from the Trevi Fountain in the historic center, is located on the second floor of an ancient and characteristic building in the center of Rome with a lift. It is composed of a large living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious and functional kitchen. The house consists of a large and bright living room with three large windows, armchairs and a comfortable sofa, TV and large dining table. Splendid hand-woven carpets make the environment even more refined. A corridor leads to the other rooms of this spacious house for rent in Rome. We find a first bathroom with shower and then a bedroom with a single bed and access to the apartment’s balcony. In the final part of the corridor there are two other large bedrooms: one with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed and a private bathroom with shower; the second with a double bed and a magnificent private bathroom with hydromassage tub. The house is also equipped with a comfortable kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator, a microwave oven and an electric one, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The floors are covered in parquet while a Vietri ceramic covering was chosen for the bathrooms.
