Location: The location is second to none. Tucked away in a quiet street you’re quite literally seconds from a short cut that takes you through the Balcombe Creek Boardwalk and into the heart of Mt Martha Village as well as North Beach, South Beach & Hawker Beach. 5 minute drive the other way will land you in the thriving town of Mornington which is famous for its beautiful restaurants, elegant cafes and thriving Main Street.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to keep good relations with our neighbours and local council, please consider our house rules before booking:
- 1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
- 2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
- 3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
- 4. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.
