Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • • Parking on the streets in the area is paid.
  • • The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
  • • There is a baby crib available upon request - 20EUR/stay.
  • • Apartment located on the 5th floor - NO elevator (climbing around 100 stairs).
  • • Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
  • • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
  • • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
  • • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
  • • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it - clean and tidy.
  • • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
  • • SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
