The Home
Large and bright penthouse, with large covered veranda and partial sea view, located in Alghero, near the beach and the historic center (5/10 min on foot).
The house is located near a supermarket (100 m) and other commercial activities.
The penthouse is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator.
The house consists of a large 30 m2 terrace, large air-conditioned living room with extendable table, eat-in kitchen, bathroom and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one bedroom with bunk beds.
At our guests’ disposal a garage (L 2.86 m and D 4.80 m, entrance L 2.30 m and H 2.0 m) for cars and bicycles. The whole house has mosquito nets.
Access to the lift leading to the apartment is via a small flight of stairs (5 steps).
The whole apartment and the garage are reserved for the exclusive use of our guests

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
