With its 250 square meters, the villa offers three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The inside of the villa is understated and simple at the same time. The master bedroom has a direct view of the rocky coast. All rooms are air-conditioned. A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and a beautiful large dining table is also available. The BBQ on the terrace is the best way to discover all the fish specialities of the region after a swim in the pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
