Yucca Valley neighborhood. This property is centrally located and on all paved
roads with high speed internet perfect for a home base during your desert
adventure. Conveniently located minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree
National Park. Desert Quail Retreat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a full kitchen,
dining area, hot tub, BBQ and an outdoor fire pit with seating to sit back and
relax and enjoy the stars above.

The house is surrounded by windows allowing tons of natural light to freely
flow in and boasts beautiful views of the desert landscape in every direction.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements
for 6 people. Primary bedroom has king bed, 2 guest bedrooms each offer queen

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
