Escape to Offthemapscabins! Located in a truly unique and private setting, tucked away in the woods and offer extraordinary and unobstructed waterfront lake views.
Wake up to views in bed of Lac Bataille, or cozied up on a plush couch. Our fully equipped executive kitchen ensures you can cook from home, or venture out to explore nearby Val des Monts. After a day spent out on the lake, hiking or snowshoeing the countless trails in the area, relax by any one of three fireplaces with friends and family.
Nature is abundant! A bird watching paradise, you’ll also see loons, beavers, turtles and more! After exploring Lac Bataille, head over to the connecting lake for more exploration and check out the islands! We have kayaks and a canoe, and two sup boards available for the lake. Afterwards, settle by the campfire pit with seating year round- less than an hour away from Ottawa!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
