The primary bedroom, furnished with a plush king-size bed, is situated in the middle of the house, creating a quiet den where you can fully unwind. Top-quality linens ensure a restful night’s sleep, while the beautifully appointed ensuite provides privacy and comfort. The secondary bedrooms have queen-sized beds, comfortable stylings, and a spacious bathroom to share. Each bedroom has air conditioning and heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere tailored to your preference. Our well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation feel effortless and enjoyable. For reservations on booking platforms outside of OTA, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
